Sounding like equal parts Kraftwerk and Quintron here's a song about snow in Hawaii. Maybe. It could all be a pervy metaphor like the first couple of B-52s' records, but maybe not. A quick web search tells me that this song comes out of Pittsburgh in the early 80s so now I'm definitely leaning more towards the pervy explanation.
